TURISMO RURAL COMUNITARIO Y TRABAJO DECENTE

The business training program Turismo Rural Comunitario y Trabajo Decente (TRC-TD), is a new ILO methodological tool designed to support the creation and development of new tourism ventures or existing tourism companies linked to Community Rural Tourism. The methodology is based on a training process that pursues the understanding of tourism as a sector, knowledge of community rural tourism, its characteristics and development requirements, to the use of multiple tools for the development of tourism products by the community and their habitants. All of this is to promote employment and decent work in rural areas.
